What you’ll need
A full-time, remote role helping us find and onboard cable & fiber technicians across our U.S. markets. You’ll be the bridge between candidates, field supervisors, and our back office — keeping our crews growing and our paperwork airtight. Based in Ukraine, working U.S.-aligned hours.

No. Willing-to-learn candidates are welcome — we train you and give you a clear playbook so you do the job right from day one. Prior coax/fiber experience just means you ramp faster.
A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and basic hand tools — we’ll point you to the rest. You’ll also pass a background check and drug screen, which are standard for this work.
Weekly, based on the work you complete. There’s no cap — reliable techs who close jobs cleanly are our strongest earners.
Steady volume in Oregon, Minnesota, and Washington, plus project markets nationwide. Project work comes with travel pay.
