These terms apply to eurolink.us, our job application channels (website forms and Telegram bot) and the Eurolink mobile app (“Services”) operated by Eurolink Communications, LLC.
You may use the Services only for their purpose: learning about Eurolink, applying for work, or — for technicians, supervisors and staff — doing Eurolink work. Don't misuse the Services, interfere with them, scrape them, or submit information that isn't yours or isn't true.
Submitting an application does not create an employment or contractor relationship. We review applications at our discretion and may contact you by phone, text, email, Telegram or through the app. Any engagement with Eurolink is governed by a separate written agreement.
Access to the app is by invitation. Your account is personal; keep your sign-in code and device secure and tell us immediately if you lose access. Content you submit for work (photos, documents, messages, reports) may be used by Eurolink for its business, including quality assurance, compliance and customer reporting. The app may be updated, changed or withdrawn at any time. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app.
The Services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eurolink is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
