Privacy Policy

Effective September 10, 2026

Eurolink Communications, LLC (“Eurolink”, “we”) is a broadband fulfillment contractor. This policy explains what we collect on eurolink.us, through our job application channels and in the Eurolink mobile app used by our technicians, and what we do with it.

Website

Our website uses first-party, cookie-free analytics: page views, the page path, the referring site and the device type. No advertising trackers, no cross-site identifiers. When you submit a form we receive what you typed (name, phone, email, company, message) plus your IP address for abuse prevention.

Job applications

When you apply through the website, our Telegram bot, an application form or the Eurolink app, we collect your name, phone number, email, city and state, work experience, the answers you give, documents you upload (for example a driver's license or resume) and the source you came from (for example Instagram). We use this only to evaluate and process your application, to contact you and, if you join, to onboard you. Applications are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, or longer if you become a technician.

The Eurolink app (technicians)

The app is for Eurolink technicians, supervisors and staff. Depending on your role it processes: your name, contact details and technician ID; work-related photos and documents you upload (quality checks, tickets, incidents, equipment hand-overs, agreements); chat messages, voice notes and files sent to coworkers; the location you choose to share in a chat (only when you tap “Share my location”; the app has no background location); equipment and vehicle records; payroll and cash-advance information for your own pay; performance metrics provided by our customer's systems (SMART reports, customer reviews) that concern your work; and device push tokens so we can send notifications. Face ID / passcode protection stays on your device — we never receive biometric data.

Who sees what

Your data is visible to you, your supervisor and Eurolink management, and only to the extent needed for their role. Customer reviews and job metrics come from our broadband customer's reporting systems. We use Apple push notifications, our own servers hosted in the United States, Telegram for optional messaging, and an AI assistant service to answer work questions you ask the assistant (your question text is sent to the provider to generate an answer). We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention and security

Data is kept while you work with us and for as long as tax, insurance and legal obligations require afterwards. Sensitive documents such as tax forms are stored encrypted. Access is limited to authorized staff, and every access is authenticated.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you about jobs, by emailing contact@eurolink.us. Technicians can manage notifications and sign-in protection in the app's settings. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new effective date. Questions: contact@eurolink.us.
